Kentucky Realtor® Institute partnered with Trifecta! to create a more structured and accessible brand and digital experience. As the organization continued to expand its course offerings and educational programs, their existing website and materials had become difficult to navigate and didn’t clearly communicate the full scope of what they provide.

The focus was on simplifying the experience—bringing clarity to course information, improving usability, and creating a more consistent system across the site. The result is a more organized, easy-to-use platform that better supports both members and prospective students navigating their education options.

About the Client

Kentucky Realtor® Institute is a Lexington-based nonprofit organization that serves as the educational arm of Kentucky Realtors®. Founded in 1990, the institute provides real estate professionals with access to continuing education, certification programs, and professional development resources across the state. 

Their programs are designed to support agents at every stage of their careers—from new licensees to experienced professionals seeking advanced designations. With a focus on practical learning and industry standards, the institute plays a key role in maintaining professionalism and knowledge within Kentucky’s real estate community. 

Through a combination of in-person and online offerings, Kentucky Realtor® Institute provides flexible, accessible education that helps professionals stay current, competitive, and compliant within a constantly evolving industry.
